1. What ID's do I need for registration?

Adults (Ages 18 - 59)

TWO (2) forms of ID with matching name and address (No P.O. Box)

1. NYS Driver's License, NYS Non-Driver's ID, or Photo ID
2. Property Tax Bill, Property Deed, Car Registration, Phone/Cable/Electric Bill, or Voter Registration Card

Children (Age 17 & Under)

ONE (1) form of ID showing date of birth or grade

1. Birth Certificate, School/Town ID, or Report Card

Seniors (Age 60 & Older)

TWO (2) forms of ID with matching name and address (No P.O. Box)

1. NYS Driver's License, NYS Non-Driver's ID, or Photo ID
2. Property Tax Bill, Property Deed, Car Registration, Phone/Cable/Electric Bill, or Voter Registration Card

ALL IDENTIFICATION MUST BE CURRENT AND VALID.  EXPIRED IDENTIFICATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.

2. How can I pay for my Summer Programs/Beach Club Membership?

We accept check or money order.

Must be made out to 'VILLAGE OF PATCHOGUE'
There is a $15.00 fee for all returned checks.

No cash payments are accepted at 380 Bay Avenue.

3. Can I pay all on one check?

No.  Patchogue Beach Club memberships must be on their own check/money order.
Camps and Programs may be on one check together.

4. Can I register online/by mail?

No.  All registration must be done in person at 380 Bay Avenue.

5. Can I live outside of the Village and use the pool/register for programs?

YES!  Patchogue Parks & Recreation programs/facilities are open to both residents and non-residents.
